- 125 gr Smoked Beef cut into 2
- 3 whole eggs

- 100 cc Full Cream Liquid Milk

The method
- * Half-dry stir-fried smoked meat set aside
- * Half-cooked sauteed spinach with onions and garlic set aside
- * Mix milk + cooking cream + cheese + eggs and other spices in 1 container, shake it off
- 1. Mix the flour, butter and stir with a wooden spoon/pastry knife until grainy, add the egg yolks and iced water, stir with a pastry knife/fingertip, round and store in the refrigerator 40 minutes
- 2. Roll it out, then print it in a pie mold that has been smeared, pierce the pie base fork so it doesn't bubble
- 3. Bake at 175° until set then remove..add spinach bacon..pour egg milk mixture, bake again until golden. .
