Rainbow Steamed Sponge Ingredients

  • 150 gr egg white
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 1/2 tsp SP
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 60 gr wheat flour
  • 7 gr cornstarch
  • 7 g powdered milk
  • 30 ml instant coconut milk
  • 15 ml of oil
  • Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)

How to Make Rainbow Steamed Sponge

  • 1. Prepare a 20x10x7 baking pan, grease it with oil and line it with baking paper
  • 2. Heat the steamer
  • 3. Beat egg whites until foamy, add salt and sugar, mixer until thick and fluffy at high speed for about 10 minutes
  • 4. Enter the flour, cornstarch and milk powder that has been sifted, mixer on low speed until mixed
  • 5. Add coconut milk and oil and mix with a spatula
  • 6. Divide into 6, buy dye (I have 2 drops each)
  • 7. Heat the steamer, cover the steamer on a cloth so that the steam doesn't drip on the dough
  • 8. Pour the purple dough evenly, steam for 8 minutes, followed by the other colors until they run out, every 8 minutes, when the last color is steamed for 15 minutes, remove from the pan and let it cool
