Rainbow Steamed Sponge (egg White)
Rainbow Steamed Sponge Ingredients
- 150 gr egg white
- 75 gr sugar
- 1/2 tsp SP
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 60 gr wheat flour
- 7 gr cornstarch
- 7 g powdered milk
- 30 ml instant coconut milk
- 15 ml of oil
- Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)

How to Make Rainbow Steamed Sponge
- 1. Prepare a 20x10x7 baking pan, grease it with oil and line it with baking paper
- 2. Heat the steamer
- 3. Beat egg whites until foamy, add salt and sugar, mixer until thick and fluffy at high speed for about 10 minutes
- 4. Enter the flour, cornstarch and milk powder that has been sifted, mixer on low speed until mixed
- 5. Add coconut milk and oil and mix with a spatula
- 6. Divide into 6, buy dye (I have 2 drops each)
- 7. Heat the steamer, cover the steamer on a cloth so that the steam doesn't drip on the dough
- 8. Pour the purple dough evenly, steam for 8 minutes, followed by the other colors until they run out, every 8 minutes, when the last color is steamed for 15 minutes, remove from the pan and let it cool
