Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp SP
  • 100 gr blue key wheat flour
  • 20 gr cornstarch
  • 20 gr milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla paste
  • Pandan paste to taste
  • 125 gr Margarine, melted

Method

  • 1. Preheat the oven from top to bottom.
  • 2. Prepare a 22-size baking sheet, lightly grease with margarine and sprinkle with flour until smooth.
  • 3. Mixer with high speed eggs, sp, granulated sugar until thick, add flour, cornstarch and milk powder that has been sifted, mixer on low speed until smooth, then add melted margarine, vanilla paste and pandan paste stir until well blended.
  • 4. Pour into the baking pan at 180°c for about 30-40 minutes or until cooked / adjust to each oven, after the cake is cooked, return it to the cooling rack and let it cool. spread decorative buttercream with Edible Stamp @sugarpotz ❤️
