Cheddar Cheese Cookies
Ingredients
- 200 gr butter (I mix margarine)
- 100 gr sugar
- 1 egg
- 200 gr cheddar cheese
- 250 gr all-purpose flour
- 20 gr milk powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
How to make
- 1. Mix the butter and sugar until pale, add the eggs, the original mixer is smooth, add the cheese, mix again until smooth
- 2. Enter the mixture of flour, baking soda, salt, stir until blended
- 3. Put the dough in plastic, shape lengthwise, put in the refrigerator 1-2 hours until the dough hardens, cut into 0.5 cm thickness, bake at 180 degrees for 17-20 minutes, serve
