Teflon Sweet Martabak / Bright Moon
Material 1
- 225 gr medium protein flour
- 20 gr cornstarch
- 20 gr sugar
- 1 egg
- tsp baking powder
- 250 ml water
Material 2
- 50 ml water
- tsp baking soda
- Others: Sugar to taste
- Toppings:
- butter
- Sweet Thick
- Meses
- Peanut nougat
- Grated cheese
- Chocolate Biscuits
- peanut butter
- strawberry jam and salted caramel
How to make
- For 2 times a skillet size 22 or 24 cm
- 1. For the martabak dough, mix the flour, cornstarch, sugar and water, mix using a mixer for 6-7 minutes
- 2. Enter the eggs and baking powder, mix well then let stand at least an hour
- 3. Mix baking soda with water then add it to the dough, mix well
- 4. Heat the Teflon on medium low heat, pour the mixture and then flatten it until it sticks to the edge of the Teflon
- 5. Wait for the bubbles to rise, then sprinkle sugar on top
- 6. After nesting, cover the dough, cook until cooked and the top is not sticky
- 7. Once cooked, spread with butter all over the surface and then divide into 6 parts
- 8. Add sweet condensed and other toppings
- 9. Martabak is ready to be served
