Bread Ingredients

  • 300 gr high protein flour
  • 15 gr milk powder
  • 5 gr Instant Yeast
  • 80- 100 ml kurleb liquid milk
  • 90 gr sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50 gr Butter
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 15 gr cocoa powder

Step

  • 1. Mixer flour, milk powder, yeast, liquid milk, egg yolk, mixer until smooth. Add butter, salt, mix again until elastic,
  • 2. Divide the dough into 2 doughs, round 1 piece, add 1 piece of cocoa powder and a tsp of water, mix until smooth, cover and let stand until doubled in size
  • 3. After expanding, then add each dough to kurleb @ 45 gr
  • 4. Then form like in the video
  • 5. Let stand again until it expands 6. Brush with UHT milk, then bake at 160 C for 20 minutes on fire up and down / depending on each oven
  • 5. Remove and spread with butter
