Caramel Banana Stick

Ingredients

  • 5 combs plantain / kepok,
  • cut into 4 lengthwise
  • Chocolate messes to taste

Leather

  • A few sheets of spring roll skin
  • @fortunecermat oil to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • 2 tablespoons flour + 5 tablespoons water (mix into a dough)

Method

  • Take 1 sheet of spring roll skin, brush the edges with wet flour dough
  • Put the banana on the edge of the skin, add chocolate messes
  • Then roll it, glue the ends of the spring roll skin
  • Fry with a lot of @fortunecermat oil on medium heat
  • Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • Press the bananas while rolling them so that the sugar that has become caramel sticks to it
  • chill
  • (If you run out of sugar can be sprinkled again)

  • Even though caramelized sugar is added, the oil is not cloudy/dirty.. it's still clean 👍🏻
