Ingredients

  • 270 g flour 30 g cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp vanilla
  • 60 g margarine
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 100-120 ml of water (adjusted according to the consistency of the dough)
  • pinch of salt
  • Cheedar cheese to taste, cut lengthwise according to taste

Method

  • Stir well flour, milk powder, vanilla, sugar, bp and salt. set aside
  • Heat margarine and oil until margarine is melted. Pour the heat into the flour, stir until smooth. Pour water little by little so that it is not mushy, lightly knead until smooth. It doesn't need to be completely smooth, just until the dough is well mixed and doesn't stick to the basin and hands. Stop adding water if you think it's enough. Cover the dough with plastic. Then rest the dough for 30 minutes.
  • Take enough dough, roll it thin with a rolling pin, cut lengthwise 1-2 cm wide, sprinkle a little sugar and then roll it on the cheese that has been cut into pieces. Do it until the dough runs out. Fry in hot oil over low heat until golden brown
