How to Make Jumbo Fruit Pie

  • 1. Crust: mix flour, margarine and powdered sugar, stir with a fork until grainy. Add iced water and stir until the dough comes together.
  • 2. Print it in a pie mold, prick the surface with a fork so it doesn't bubble when baking.
  • 3. Bake at 160'C 45 minutes until cooked. Customize individual ovens. Once cooked, cool on a cooling rack.
  • 4. Vla: mix all the vla ingredients, cook over low heat, stirring until thickened, bubbly and slippery. Vla is ready to use.
  • 5. Pour the vla over the pie crust, let stand until cold, then decorate with sliced ​​kiwi fruit, strawberries, mandarin oranges and red cherries.
  • 6. After the fruit is arranged, flush the surface of the fruit with plain jelly or clear jelly so that the fruit remains beautiful.
