Chocolate Vla Filling Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 70 g sugar
- 400 ml full cream liquid milk
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 100 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate/DCC
- 20 g butter
Pancake Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 50 gr sugar
- 200 gr medium protein flour
- 20 gr cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 300 ml full cream liquid milk
- 300 ml water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- 1. Make the vla filling, mix the egg yolks, sugar, mix well. Add cornstarch, cocoa powder, mix well.
- Warm the liquid milk, pour a little part of the milk into the mixture earlier. Stir well.
- Pour in the remaining milk, mix well.
- Cook until it explodes, lift, add DCC, mix well, then butter, mix well. set aside.

- 2. Make the skin, stir the eggs, sugar until smooth.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, whisk well. Gradually add milk, mix well. Pour water, mix well. Then oil, mix well.
- Cover with cling wrap, rest 15 minutes.
