Chocolate Vla Filling Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 70 g sugar
  • 400 ml full cream liquid milk
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate/DCC
  • 20 g butter

Pancake Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 200 gr medium protein flour
  • 20 gr cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 300 ml full cream liquid milk
  • 300 ml water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  • 1. Make the vla filling, mix the egg yolks, sugar, mix well. Add cornstarch, cocoa powder, mix well.
  • Warm the liquid milk, pour a little part of the milk into the mixture earlier. Stir well.
  • Pour in the remaining milk, mix well.
  • Cook until it explodes, lift, add DCC, mix well, then butter, mix well. set aside.

  • Add the flour, cocoa powder, whisk well. Gradually add milk, mix well. Pour water, mix well. Then oil, mix well.
