Marble Cake (tiger Sponge)
Material A
- 8 egg yolks
- 250gr Margarine
- 100gr Butter
- 300gr powdered sugar
- 260 gr Low Protein Flour
- 20 gr Dancaw milk powder
- 5 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Material B
- 3 Egg Whites
Additional Ingredients
- 6gr cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Chocolate Taffieco
- 2 tsp Taffieco Pandan
- 6g wheat flour
How to make
- 1. Mixer sugar, vanilla, butter and margarine at high speed until fluffy white is thick and pale
- 2. Lower the lowest speed and add the egg yolks one by one, beat until smooth, then add the SKM mix again until smooth
- 3. Turn off the mixer, add the flour and milk powder which have been sifted before gradually into the butter mixture, beat until smooth
- 4. Beat the egg white ingredients B until stiff
- 5. Gradually add putel to the dough for ingredient A, fold until blended
- 6. Divide the 525gr white dough, 2 more 310gr dough, each with green and brown coloring, except for the 525gr dough, leave it white
- 7. Grease a round pan with a hole in the middle, (22cm) with margarine and sprinkle with flour
- Put the dough
- – 5 tablespoons white dough, 5 tablespoons chocolate dough, 5 tablespoons green dough
- -4 tablespoons white dough, 4 tablespoons chocolate dough, 4 green dough
- -3 tablespoons white dough, 3 tablespoons chocolate dough, 3 tablespoons green dough
- -2 tablespoons white dough, 2 tablespoons chocolate dough, 2 tablespoons green dough
- 8. Oven with up and down 180° for 45 minutes (adjust each oven)
