Ingredients

  • Marissa pan size 24×24
  • 9 egg yolks
  • 5 egg whites
  • 225 gr powdered/caster sugar
  • 200 gr low protein flour
  • 25 g milk powder
  • tbsp SP
  • tsp baking powder
  • 300 gr margarine (can be mixed with butter)
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • pinch of salt
  • chocolate paste
  • 20 gr cocoa powder

How to make

  • 1. Stir with a spatula margarine + SP + sugar so that the powdered sugar doesn't fly, mixer on high speed, until white is soft, about 10 minutes
  • 2. Enter 1 egg yolk gradually until it runs out
  • 3. Lower the speed to the lowest, add the flour, milk powder, which has been sifted, and the vanilla gradually until well blended (don't take too long)
  • 4. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks, don't be too stiff, about 2 minutes on high speed
  • 5. Enter the putel mixture into the margarine mixture, gradually (4x) mix with a spatula until smooth, take 1/3 of the mixture with cocoa powder, add chocolate paste, mix well
  • 6. Lightly grease the baking sheet with carlo oil, pour the mixture alternately until it runs out, make motifs using chopsticks, base the cake pan with a regular baking sheet, just enter the oven
  • 7. Bake with a temperature of 150 delci, fire up and down 45-50 minutes or adjust the oven respectively
