Ingredients

  • 200 gr wheat flour
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp sp
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 tsp Athena baking powder
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

How to make

  • 1. Mixer eggs, sugar, vanilla paste and sp until thick and stretchy.
  • 2. Add the sifted flour, salt and baking powder mixture. Stir using a spatula until smooth.
  • 3. Pour the oil, stir until smooth.
  • 4. Put the dough into a piping bag. Heat the mold until just warm then spread margarine. Spray the dough into the mould. Bake at 175⁰ C until cooked through, preheated the oven.
  • 5. Remove from mold and cool.
