Dried Sponge
Ingredients
- 200 gr wheat flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp sp
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1 tsp Athena baking powder
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
How to make
- 1. Mixer eggs, sugar, vanilla paste and sp until thick and stretchy.
- 2. Add the sifted flour, salt and baking powder mixture. Stir using a spatula until smooth.
- 3. Pour the oil, stir until smooth.
- 4. Put the dough into a piping bag. Heat the mold until just warm then spread margarine. Spray the dough into the mould. Bake at 175⁰ C until cooked through, preheated the oven.
- 5. Remove from mold and cool.
