Ingredients

  • 250 gr medium protein flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp fermipan
  • 120 ml ice water
  • 1 tbsp white butter
  • pinch of salt

The method

  • 1. Mix all ingredients except butter and salt. Stir well, add butter and salt.
  • 2. Knead until smooth, about 10 minutes using a mixer.
  • 3. Cover with plastic wrap for about 30 minutes (I have too much time)
  • 4. divide the dough then flatten the contents with the filling then round it, put it on the bun paper and let it rest for 10 minutes
  • 5.Heat the steamer, then steam the buns for 15.
