Orange Coconut Pudding
Coconut Lining Material
- 600 ml young coconut water
- Coconut meat from 1 young coconut
- 100 gr sugar
- 5 gr agar2 plain
- 1/2 gr jelly powder (/- 2gr)
Method
- Mix all the ingredients except the coconut meat, stir well, bring to a boil on the stove while stirring, after boiling, let it boil until the steam is gone, stir it again, then pour it into a baking sheet that has been moistened with water, let it simmer after a bit thickens (but not hard yet) just put it in. Coconut meat, stir with a spoon so that the meat is evenly distributed on all sides, let it cool
- Mix all the ingredients to cook until it boils, after the coconut layer is half hard, pour this orange layer on top
Orange Lining Material
- 100 ml water
- 200 ml orange juice
- 1 pack of orange nutrition
- 50-75 gr granulated sugar (if the orange juice is a bit sour, make more sugar)
- 2 g agar2 powder
- 1/4 tsp jelly powder (/- 1gr)
Note
- For 1 pudding, use 1 pack of agar2 (7gr)
- (5 g for coconut layer, 2 g for orange layer)
