Material A

  • 245 gr Flour (200 gr chakra + 45 gr triangle)
  • (I 245 gr tpg oriental gold twin chakra)
  • 15 gr Milk Powder
  • 45 gr sugar
  • 6 gr Instant Yeast
  • 180 ml (1 whole egg + 20gr whipp cream powder + cold liquid milk) (I added pandan deposit)

Material B

  • 30 gr Butter
  • 2 g Salt
  • 1/2 tsp milk paste (I skipped)
  • Filling – coconut
  • Topping – black & white sesame

Method

  • 1. Mix all ingredients A. Knead until smooth
  • 2. Add in ingredients B and knead until it's Elastic.
  • 3. Divide the dough (I for 6 parts -/+ @80 gr) round, let stand for 10 minutes. Roll & give filling. Arrange in bread cup.
  • 4. Let stand (proofing) for about +/- 1 hour until it doubles in size.
  • 5. Grease with liquid temperature. Sprinkle topping
  • 6. Oven with a temperature of 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes on fire below (Adjust to the oven msg2).
  • 7. Grease with margarine.
