Pandan Bread
Material A
- 245 gr Flour (200 gr chakra + 45 gr triangle)
- (I 245 gr tpg oriental gold twin chakra)
- 15 gr Milk Powder
- 45 gr sugar
- 6 gr Instant Yeast
- 180 ml (1 whole egg + 20gr whipp cream powder + cold liquid milk) (I added pandan deposit)
Material B
- 30 gr Butter
- 2 g Salt
- 1/2 tsp milk paste (I skipped)
- Filling – coconut
- Topping – black & white sesame
Method
- 1. Mix all ingredients A. Knead until smooth
- 2. Add in ingredients B and knead until it's Elastic.
- 3. Divide the dough (I for 6 parts -/+ @80 gr) round, let stand for 10 minutes. Roll & give filling. Arrange in bread cup.
- 4. Let stand (proofing) for about +/- 1 hour until it doubles in size.
- 5. Grease with liquid temperature. Sprinkle topping
- 6. Oven with a temperature of 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes on fire below (Adjust to the oven msg2).
- 7. Grease with margarine.
