150 gr sweet potato cilembu which has been steamed and mashed (weigh after steaming)
200 ml of warm water
How to make
1. Mix glutinous rice flour with mashed cilembu sweet potato, pour warm water. Mix by hand until it forms a pliable dough.
2. Take the dough to taste (me: 40gr) flatten and give the stuffing. Close tightly and form a flat round. Line the cake with banana leaves that have been smeared with a little cooking oil.
3. Bring the steaming water to a boil. Steam the cake over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until the skin looks clear. Once cooked, brush the surface of the cake with a little cooking oil so it doesn't stick to one another.
4. Prepare a pan, spread a little cooking oil. Fry both sides of the cake until lightly browned.
Stuffing Ingredients
250 gr grated coconut
125 gr brown sugar, comb
50 gr sugar
100 ml water
1/2 tsp salt
3 pandan leaves, conclude
Boil brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, water and pandan leaves until sugar dissolves, strain, add grated coconut. Stir until dry. Remove and cool.
