Suji Leaf Water Ingredients

  • 5 sheets of suji leaves, a bit small
  • 1 lb pandan leaves
  • 220 ml of water

The method

  • Cut Suji Leaves And Pandan Leaves Then Pour Water Then Blender Until Smooth. Filter Ready to Use. This is what is used for kneading flour, not until it's finished from the blender
  • 1. Prepare a container, enter the white glutinous rice flour & rice flour and mix well. Pour the suji water little by little while kneading until it can be scavenged.
  • 2. Take the dough to taste then round it then flatten it then give the brown sugar filling then close / round it until everything is covered
  • 3. Boil in boiling water cook until it floats the sign is cooked.
  • 4. Remove and roll into grated coconut that has been steamed. Ready to be served

Ingredients

  • 150 gr white glutinous rice flour @rosekuliner
  • 1 tbsp muncung rice flour @rosekuliner
  • 22 tbsp suji leaf water
  • pinch of salt
  • 100 gr brown sugar in a comb for stuffing
  • Steamed grated coconut to taste (coconut + a little salt stir well)
  • Enough water to boil
