Material A

  • 8 egg yolks large size, if small 9 shells
  • 4 egg whites
  • tbsp SP
  • 60 g of powdered sugar
  • 50 gr palm sugar

Material B

  • 60 gr low protein flour
  • 60 gr black glutinous rice flour
  • 10 gr dark warha cocoa powder
  • 5 drops of black food coloring
  • 10 gr cornstarch
  • 10 gr full cream milk powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • tsp baking powder

Material C

  • 60 gr butter
  • 60 gr margarine

Material D

  • Butter Cream
  • Grated cheese

How to make

  • 1. Use a 26x26x4 baking pan, grease with margarine and baking paper
  • 2. Preheat the oven to 200 delci
  • 3. Sift all ingredients B together, set aside
  • 4. Melt ingredient C set aside
  • 5. Mix ingredients A at high speed until thick
  • 6. Lower the speed, add ingredients B gradually, turn off the mixer
  • 7. Enter the ingredients C stir with a spatula until evenly & homogeneous
  • 8. Pour into the tin, beat 3 times before entering the oven
  • 9. Bake at a temperature of 200 delci on the bottom fire for 13 minutes, for 13 minutes on the top fire, the position of the pan on the bottom rack / adjust the oven for each one
  • 10. Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool down, add butter cream & cheese filling then roll it up, store in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then cut into pieces.
