  • 75gr margarine
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 30g powdered sugar

How to make

  • Mix margarine and powdered sugar with a fork or pastry knife. Add egg yolks and vanilla paste. Stir well.

Stuffing Ingredients

  • 50gr liquid milk
  • 5g cornstarch
  • 40gr sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50gr grated cheddar cheese
  • mix all ingredients, cook until thickened and strain

Solution

  • 1. Pour the filling into the molded pie. Put grated cheese on top.
  • 2. Preheat the oven to 160°C and bake for 30 minutes, depending on your oven.
