Cheese Milk Pie
Leather
- 75gr margarine
- 1 egg yolk
- 30g powdered sugar
- 150gr wheat flour
- 1 tbsp cold water (if the dough is a bit dry)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
How to make
- Mix margarine and powdered sugar with a fork or pastry knife. Add egg yolks and vanilla paste. Stir well.
- Enter the flour, mix until smooth and a smooth dough can be formed.
- print in a pie mold that has been smeared with margarine. Prick the bottom of the pie with a fork. Set aside.
Stuffing Ingredients
- 50gr liquid milk
- 5g cornstarch
- 40gr sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 50gr grated cheddar cheese
- mix all ingredients, cook until thickened and strain
Solution
- 1. Pour the filling into the molded pie. Put grated cheese on top.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 160°C and bake for 30 minutes, depending on your oven.
