Chocolate Chiffon Material

  • 50 ml liquid milk uht
  • 30 ml cooking oil
  • 10 g fine granulated sugar
  • 45 gr low protein flour
  • 15 gr cocoa powder
  • 5 gr cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 60 gr sugar

Ingredients Chiffon Vanilla Cheese

  • 50 ml liquid milk uht
  • 30 ml cooking oil
  • 10 g fine granulated sugar
  • 60 gr low protein flour
  • 5 gr cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 40 gr cheddar cheese, cut into small squares, sprinkle with a little flour
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 60 gr sugar

How to make

  • 1. Mix the milk, oil, powdered sugar, whisk well until the sugar is dissolved, add the flour, cocoa powder, mix well again, add the egg yolks, mix well, smooth and not lumpy.
  • 2. Beat egg whites until foamy, add lime juice, beat, add sugar gradually, beat until firm/medium peaks.
  • 3. Pour the putel mixture into the curd gradually, mix well.
  • 4. Pour into a cup, bake at 150C on top and bottom, after 10 minutes take it out, split the top, bake again until the top is browned, just change the bottom fire until it's cooked for 45-50 minutes.
  • 5. Remove, turn over the bottle to cool.
