Ingredients

  • 50 gr tangmien flour
  • 9 gr fermipan
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 250 grams of liquid milk at refrigerator temperature
  • 30 g white butter
  • 2 g salt

The method

  • 1. Mixer Pao flour, Tangmien flour, sugar, fermipan until
  • add liquid milk evenly.
  • 2. After smooth, add butter, salt and mix until smooth, then round the dough.
  • 3. Divide the dough 45 gr then rest for 10 minutes, shape and fill according to taste.
  • 4. Rest until light expands, then steam in boiling water for 10-15 minutes
