Pao Stuffed Salted Eeg
Ingredients
- 450 gr Pao Bogasari flour
- 50 gr tangmien flour
- 9 gr fermipan
- 75 gr sugar
- 250 grams of liquid milk at refrigerator temperature
- 30 g white butter
- 2 g salt
The method
- 1. Mixer Pao flour, Tangmien flour, sugar, fermipan until
- add liquid milk evenly.
- 2. After smooth, add butter, salt and mix until smooth, then round the dough.
- 3. Divide the dough 45 gr then rest for 10 minutes, shape and fill according to taste.
- 4. Rest until light expands, then steam in boiling water for 10-15 minutes
