Layer 1&2 Material (Blue & White)

  • 2 pcs for white
  • 800 ml liquid milk
  • 200 ml liquid whip cream (all milk is ok)
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp lychee essence
  • 1 tts blue dye

Method

  • •Cook all the ingredients except the dye.. after boiling then a little dough, give blue coloring (for sky accents)
  • Pour into the mold, blue pudding
  • Wait a bit to harden then pour the rest of the white pudding.. if it's a little mixed with the blue pudding it's okay, because it's for the sky accent, let it cool
  • Cook all ingredients until boiling
  • • First line the white dough with a slightly deep fork to accent the grass
  • then pour the green dough
  • Chill until set
  • Cook all ingredients until boiling
  • Scrape the first dough with a spoon on the surface (to accent the mound of earth)
  • then pour the chocolate dough
  • Cool until hardened
  • Turn the dough, cut it into pieces and then decorate it with edible stickers

  • 1 bks for white
  • 300 ml water
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml whip cream (you can replace milk too)
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 2 tts green tea paste

Layer 3 Chocolate

  • bks for white
  • 300 ml water
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml whip cream (you can replace milk too)
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
