Fat Dough
1. Water Dough: mix cold water & 5 drops of vinegar.
Then in another bowl, mix flour & powdered sugar, mix well. Add white butter, mix well. Add ice water little by little while kneading evenly. Round, wrap with plastic wrap. Leave it for 30 minutes.
2. Fat Ingredients: mix & knead both ingredients until well blended. Round & wrap with plastic wrap, let stand for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 parts, add each color, knead until smooth. From each color, divide again into 6 parts, round.
3. Divide the water mixture into 6 parts, round. Take 1 part, flatten. Add each of the four colors of the fat mixture. Wrap & round, do it until all the dough runs out.
4. Take 1 part of the dough, roll it thin and then roll it sideways. Roll thin again lengthwise, roll. Cut into 2 parts, each thinly roll, add the filling then cover & seal, arrange in a baking dish
5. Bake in the preheated oven at 170'C for 27 minutes.
