In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until dissolved, add all flour, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract, mix well. Add water gradually, stir until all dissolved. Strain, add margarine, let stand at least 15 minutes.
Heat a non-stick frying pan, until it's really hot, apply margarine, pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture, cook briefly until cooked
Note: if you want it to look nestled, make sure the pan is really hot, and use medium heat, don't forget to spread margarine every time you pour the dough and make sure you hear a "cess" sound when pouring the dough. Insyaallah it will be beautiful nest...
Chocolate Vla Material
2 egg yolks
70 g sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp cocoa powder
tsp salt
400 ml full cream milk
100 gr DCC
20 g butter
tsp vanilla extract
How to Make Vla
In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar and salt until dissolved. Add the cornstarch and cocoa powder, stir briefly. Warm the milk in a saucepan (don't let it boil), then gradually pour it into the bowl containing the mixture. Pour back into the pot and cook until thickened. Turn off the heat, remove the pan, immediately enter the dcc, stir again. Finally add the butter & vanilla, stir until thoroughly combined. Place in a container, cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate. Ready to be filled vla.
