Meses Chocolate Butter Sponge
Ingredients
- 6 whole eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 170 gr sugar
- 15 gr SP
- 180 gr triangular flour
- 30 g powdered milk
- 200 gr butter/margarine (melted)
- 70 gr chocolate meses
How to make
- 1. Mix the eggs, sugar, and SP until they become thick and thick.
- 2. Enter the flour and milk powder while sifted, mix well.
- 3. Add melted butter/margarine, stir with a spatula.
- 4. Enter the chocolate meses, stir until well blended.
- 5. Pour into a D.24 cm tulban tin that has been smeared with margarine and sprinkled with flour.
- 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 50-60 minutes or until cooked (adjust according to your oven)
