Melt the margarine/butter over low heat, don't let it boil, if most of it has melted, turn off the heat, the rest will melt by itself. Let it come to room temperature
Sift dry ingredients, set aside
Beat ingredients marked * until fluffy and thick
Gradually add dry ingredients, mix with a spatula (I mixed on the lowest speed)
Gradually add melted butter, mix until smooth (I used a mixer on the lowest speed)
Pour into a baking sheet that has been greased and dusted with flour (I used a size 22 Tulban pan).
Give topping if you like
Bake until done. Remove from the pan, let it cool down until it's not too hot. Ready to cut into slices and serve
