Top Layer Material

  • 1 bks jelly powder plain
  • 700 ml of water
  • 170 gr sugar
  • Strawberry

Undercoat Material

  • 1 pack of red gelatin powder
  • 500 ml strawberry flavored milk
  • 250 ml water
  • 70 g sugar

How to make

  • 1. Arrange the strawberries on the bottom of the cake tin/pudding mold.
  • 2. Top layer: combine jelly powder, sugar & water in a saucepan, stir. Then cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils, then remove from heat and let the steam escape. After that, slowly pour into the pudding pan.
  • 3. Bottom layer: mix all ingredients, stir, then cook until boiling, remove from heat. Then slowly pour over the jelly pudding (make sure the jelly pudding is half hard). Let it freeze, then serve with vla.
