Mosaic Pudding
Colorful Pudding Ingredients
- 1 Pack Nutrijell Lychee (15gr)
- 100 ml Sweet Thick
- 700 ml Water
- 1-2 tbsp sugar (optional)
- Green, yellow, orange, pink food coloring to taste
Clear Pudding Ingredients
- 1 pack of plain jelly
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutrijell Lychee, you can use plain
- 120 gr sugar
- 900 ml Water
How to make
- 1. Colorful pudding: mix all ingredients, cook until boiling. Turn off the fire.
- 2. Divide into 4 parts, give each part with green, yellow, orange, pink or according to taste, mix well. Cool until hardened then cut into small cubes, set aside.
- 3. Clear pudding: mix all ingredients together, cook until boiling. Turn off the fire.
- 4. Arrange the colorful pudding pieces randomly in the mold, then gradually pour the clear pudding.
- 5. Chill the pudding in the refrigerator until set.
- 6. Remove from the mold, cut into pieces and serve.
