Colorful Pudding Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Nutrijell Lychee (15gr)
  • 100 ml Sweet Thick
  • 700 ml Water
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • Green, yellow, orange, pink food coloring to taste

Clear Pudding Ingredients

  • 1 pack of plain jelly
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutrijell Lychee, you can use plain
  • 120 gr sugar
  • 900 ml Water

How to make

  • 1. Colorful pudding: mix all ingredients, cook until boiling. Turn off the fire.
  • 2. Divide into 4 parts, give each part with green, yellow, orange, pink or according to taste, mix well. Cool until hardened then cut into small cubes, set aside.
  • 3. Clear pudding: mix all ingredients together, cook until boiling. Turn off the fire.
  • 4. Arrange the colorful pudding pieces randomly in the mold, then gradually pour the clear pudding.
  • 5. Chill the pudding in the refrigerator until set.
  • 6. Remove from the mold, cut into pieces and serve.
