Ingredients

  • 250gr prawns
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves white onion, puree.
  • -+4-5 tbsp tapioca tapioca
  • Salt, mushroom broth to taste.

Method

  • Shrimp chopper
  • Enter the egg
  • Add the white onion, salt and mushroom broth, mix well.
  • Give enough sago mix well.
  • Shape according to taste
  • Boil until cooked / float.
  • Lift and drain.

Broth

  • Salt, mushroom broth, pepper to taste.
  • -+1 liter of free-range chicken stock/plain water.

Puree

  • 5 cloves of red bwg
  • 5 cloves of white bwg.

How to make gravy

  • Saute ground spices until fragrant, set aside.
  • Bring the stock/water to a boil with salt, mushroom stock and ground pepper.
  • Add the stir-fried onion duo, mix well.
  • Taste test and lift.

  • Celery, sliced”
  • Cucumber, chopped
  • Chili sauce
  • Fried Bwg
  • Key orange
  • Sweet soy sauce (if you like).
  • Noodles
