Bakwan Kuah (shrimp Bakwan)
Ingredients
- 250gr prawns
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves white onion, puree.
- -+4-5 tbsp tapioca tapioca
- Salt, mushroom broth to taste.
Method
- Shrimp chopper
- Enter the egg
- Add the white onion, salt and mushroom broth, mix well.
- Give enough sago mix well.
- Shape according to taste
- Boil until cooked / float.
- Lift and drain.
Broth
- Salt, mushroom broth, pepper to taste.
- -+1 liter of free-range chicken stock/plain water.
Puree
- 5 cloves of red bwg
- 5 cloves of white bwg.
How to make gravy
- Saute ground spices until fragrant, set aside.
- Bring the stock/water to a boil with salt, mushroom stock and ground pepper.
- Add the stir-fried onion duo, mix well.
- Taste test and lift.

- Celery, sliced”
- Cucumber, chopped
- Chili sauce
- Fried Bwg
- Key orange
- Sweet soy sauce (if you like).
