What are Brulee Bombs Made of?
At first glance, brulee bomb has a shape similar to bitterballen, a savory Dutch snack. however, the filling for the brulee bomb is somewhat different from the bitterballen. This dish is made from onions, garlic, smoked beef, which is cooked with milk, cheese, and fried again.
Ingredients
- 85 gr All-purpose Wheat Flour
- 300 ml Plain Liquid Milk
- 3 Sheets of Smoked Beef, cut into small pieces
- 50 gr Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Broth Powder
- 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
- 2 tablespoons margarine, for sauteing
Stuffing
- Mozzarella Cheese / Quickmelt Diced as needed
Upholstery
- 1 Egg, beaten off
- Panir flour as needed
How to make
- 1. Mix the flour with salt, sugar, broth powder, pepper, pepper, mix well. Set aside.
- 2. Heat margarine, saute onion and smoked beef until fragrant.
- 3. Enter the flour mix well, then add the liquid milk. Stir quickly until smooth, add cheese. Mix well until the dough is not sticky. Chill.
