Cireng Tofu

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of white tofu, mash with a fork
  • 150 gr tapioca/sago flour
  • 4 tbsp munjung flour
  • 250 ml water
  • 6 garlic, puree
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 stalk celery leaves, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of sugar

Additional Ingredients

  • Enough tapioca
  • 50 ml of boiled water, don't pour it all in, see the shape of the dough

How to make

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients in a non-stick pan. Stir well. Turn on the stove, cook until it thickens like glue. Turn off the stove
  • 2. Put the starter mixture into the basin and mix with the additional ingredients. Just mix lightly, pinch the dough, no need to knead
  • 3. Shape the cireng according to taste
  • 4. Put the cireng in a frying pan filled with cold oil, then turn on the fire, fry until cooked
