Spicy Shredded Flower Pastel
Ingredients
- 300 gr medium protein flour
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 130 ml of warm water
- 1/2 tsp salt
Topping
- Spicy Beef Shredded
- mayonnaise
Method
- Mix all ingredients with a pastry knife/wooden spoon until grainy, then grind thinly with a rolling pin, print with a star-shaped cookie cutter. fry on medium heat.. when frying press again with the tip of the chopsticks in the middle, so as not to separate from one another, fry until golden then remove..
- fill with toppings according to taste, or spray mayonnaise in the middle of the pastel fritters then sprinkle with spicy shredded, serve
