Ingredients

  • 165 gr low protein flour
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 2 tbsp SKM
  • 135 gr sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp SP
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 150 gr melted margarine
  • Mocha pasta
  • Chocolate paste

How to make

  • Beat eggs, sugar, SP until fluffy, add flour, milk & vanilla, beat on low soeed as long as you mix, then add melted butter, mix well
  • Pour into a 20cm size pan that has been greased and sprinkled with flour.
  • Bake at 140-150°C, top and bottom fire for 40 minutes..
