Sago Garut Cheese
Ingredients
- 470 gr arrowroot flour (buy online) roasted, then let it cool
- 150 gr margarine
- 150 gr powdered sugar
- 100 ml instant coconut milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 gr grated cheese
Method
- •Stir margarine & sugar using a whisk, add in the kutel and stir again slowly (remember, don't use a mixer, you'll get runny)
- Enter the coconut milk stir again
- Add arrowroot flour and cheese, mix well
- Put in a piping bag, I use a 1.7 cm syringe, spray it into a baking sheet that has been greased with butter, sprinkle with flour or just on a baking sheet
- Bake at 140-150°C for 35 minutes on top and bottom (if using an oven, put the middle rack on medium heat)
- Remove to cool, once it's cold, put the jar tightly closed, if you don't enter the jar, it can be sluggish
