Ingredients

  • 470 gr arrowroot flour (buy online) roasted, then let it cool
  • 150 gr margarine
  • 150 gr powdered sugar
  • 100 ml instant coconut milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 gr grated cheese

Method

  • •Stir margarine & sugar using a whisk, add in the kutel and stir again slowly (remember, don't use a mixer, you'll get runny)
  • Enter the coconut milk stir again
  • Add arrowroot flour and cheese, mix well
  • Put in a piping bag, I use a 1.7 cm syringe, spray it into a baking sheet that has been greased with butter, sprinkle with flour or just on a baking sheet
  • Bake at 140-150°C for 35 minutes on top and bottom (if using an oven, put the middle rack on medium heat)
  • Remove to cool, once it's cold, put the jar tightly closed, if you don't enter the jar, it can be sluggish
