Strawberry Cheese Tart
Leather
- 200 gr Medium Protein Flour
- 120 gr Margarine
- 20 gr Refined Sugar
- 2 tbsp Ice Water
- Enough dark red coloring
Filling Cheese
- 250 gr Creamcheese
- 50 gr Refined Sugar
- 1 Egg Yolk
- Strawberry jam to taste
Garnish
- Strawberry jam to taste
- Strawberry slices according to taste
How to make
- Mini 4×2 cm . pan
- 1. Skin: mix flour, margarine, powdered sugar, stir with a fork until grainy, add ice water and dark red dye, knead until smooth.
- 2. Divide the dough into 20, each dough weighs about 20 grams, round it and then print it on the pie pan.
- 3. Oven temperature 160'C 15 minutes. Remove from the mold, cool.
- 4. Filling: mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg yolk, mixer until smooth and soft. Put it in a plastic triangle.
- 5. Spray enough strawberry jam on the pie crust, then fill with creamcheese mixture until it's a bit high. Smooth the surface with a spoon dipped in hot water.
- 6. Oven again at 160'C for 10 minutes.
