Leather

  • 200 gr Medium Protein Flour
  • 120 gr Margarine
  • 20 gr Refined Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Ice Water
  • Enough dark red coloring

Filling Cheese

  • 250 gr Creamcheese
  • 50 gr Refined Sugar
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • Strawberry jam to taste

Garnish

  • Strawberry jam to taste
  • Strawberry slices according to taste

How to make

  • Mini 4×2 cm . pan
  • 1. Skin: mix flour, margarine, powdered sugar, stir with a fork until grainy, add ice water and dark red dye, knead until smooth.
  • 2. Divide the dough into 20, each dough weighs about 20 grams, round it and then print it on the pie pan.
  • 3. Oven temperature 160'C 15 minutes. Remove from the mold, cool.
  • 4. Filling: mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg yolk, mixer until smooth and soft. Put it in a plastic triangle.
  • 5. Spray enough strawberry jam on the pie crust, then fill with creamcheese mixture until it's a bit high. Smooth the surface with a spoon dipped in hot water.
  • 6. Oven again at 160'C for 10 minutes.
