Wool Roll Bread
Ingredients
- 400 gr high protein flour
- 150 ml of pandan leaf sediment
- 4 g fermipan
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cooking oil/melted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt (skip)
- 30 gr milk powder (skip)
How to make
- 1. Mix sugar, sediment water with fermipan. Wait until it foams.
- After that, add the flour and cooking oil.
- 3. Knead until smooth. Let stand about 1 hour covered with plastic wrap.
- 4. Deflate the dough. Divide into 5 parts and round then cover again with plastic wrap. Leave it for 30 minutes.
- 5. Roll the dough then shape according to taste. Put in a greased baking dish with milk, cover again with plastic wrap. Wait 30 minutes.
- 6. After expanding, bake for 30 minutes on medium heat. The texture is soft even without eggs, milk and mixer.
