Ingredients

  • 400 gr high protein flour
  • 150 ml of pandan leaf sediment
  • 4 g fermipan
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil/melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt (skip)
  • 30 gr milk powder (skip)

How to make

  • 1. Mix sugar, sediment water with fermipan. Wait until it foams.
  • After that, add the flour and cooking oil.
  • 3. Knead until smooth. Let stand about 1 hour covered with plastic wrap.
  • 4. Deflate the dough. Divide into 5 parts and round then cover again with plastic wrap. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Roll the dough then shape according to taste. Put in a greased baking dish with milk, cover again with plastic wrap. Wait 30 minutes.
  • 6. After expanding, bake for 30 minutes on medium heat. The texture is soft even without eggs, milk and mixer.
