1. Bahan A , campur bahan kering , mixer dengan kecepatan sedang , lalu masukkan bahan cair. Uleni hingga gula larut ½ kalis
2. Masukkan bahan B , uleni hingga kalis elastis, test window pane. Bagi2 adonan dg berat 35 gr. Rounding, istirhatkan 30 menit ( selalu tutup adonan dgn plastik/ kain lembab agar permukaan adonan gak kering.
3. Roll out the dough in an oval shape, remove the air, put enough chocolate jam on it (I'll share a video tutorial later to make it clearer), arrange it into a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine and lined with baking paper.
4. Proof until it expands 2x. Brush with evaporated milk (me: regular UHT liquid milk)
5. Bake at -/+ 170 – 190 °C for 20-25 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven, while still hot, brush with butter/margarine.
