Bahan A

  • 300 gr terigu protein tinggi
  • 75 gr terigu protein sedang (boleh pake full terigu protein tinggi)
  • 85 gr gula pasir
  • 15 gr susu bubuk
  • 7 gr Ragi Instan
  • 1 Telur Utuh + 1 kuning telur
  • 60 gr susu cair dingin
  • -/+ 100 gr air es

Bahan B

  • 65 gr Butter
  • 6 gr garam
  • Isian : selai coklat homemade, resep klik #VIANNEYLIM_selai

Cara Membuat

  • 1. Bahan A , campur bahan kering , mixer dengan kecepatan sedang , lalu masukkan bahan cair. Uleni hingga gula larut ½ kalis
  • 2. Masukkan bahan B , uleni hingga kalis elastis, test window pane. Bagi2 adonan dg berat 35 gr. Rounding, istirhatkan 30 menit ( selalu tutup adonan dgn plastik/ kain lembab agar permukaan adonan gak kering.
  • 3. Roll out the dough in an oval shape, remove the air, put enough chocolate jam on it (I'll share a video tutorial later to make it clearer), arrange it into a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine and lined with baking paper.
  • 4. Proof until it expands 2x. Brush with evaporated milk (me: regular UHT liquid milk)
  • 5. Bake at -/+ 170 – 190 °C for 20-25 minutes.
  • 6. Remove from the oven, while still hot, brush with butter/margarine.
