Egg Yolk Pudding Ingredients

  • 150 gr carrots
  • 350 ml of water
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 tsp agar2 plain
  • 1/4 tsp jelly plain

How to Make Egg Yolk Pudding

  • 1. Blend carrots with water, strain until you get 300 ml.
  • 2. Cook all ingredients while stirring until it boils, pour into egg yolk molds (see picture).

White Pudding Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp agar2 plain
  • 3/4 tsp jelly plain
  • 55 gr sugar
  • 375 ml water
  • 105 ml instant coconut milk
  • pinch of salt
  • A sheet of pandan leaves, conclude

How to Make White Pudding

  • 1. Cook all ingredients to a boil while continuing to stir.
  • 2. Pour a little into the mold, leave it for a while (see picture), put the egg yolk pudding, pour the white mixture again.

Pandan Pudding Ingredients

  • 2 tsp agar2 plain
  • 1 tsp jelly plain
  • 110 granulated sugar
  • 80 ml coconut milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 500 ml water
  • 7 pandan leaves, blender with water above
  • 3 drops pandan paste

How to Make Pandan Pudding

  • 1. Cook all ingredients while continuing to stir until it boils.
  • 2. Pour a little into the mold, add the pudding filling above, pour it back until the mold is full (if you want to differentiate the motif, first pour the white mixture for the morif, let it half harden (don't let it harden) then pour a little of the green mixture).

Note

  • Measuring spoon I use a measuring spoon.
  • Recipe for 6 puddings, depend on the size of the inner mold (I use pudding cups) used.
