Ingredients

  • 300 gr wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch / tapioca
  • 3 stalks of celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • Salt, mushroom broth, water to taste

Ground spices

  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic

The method

  • 1. Prepare a container, enter the flour, cornstarch, salt, mushroom broth, celery slices, mix well.
  • 2. Pour the water little by little while the dough is kneaded until the dough can be kneaded. Add margarine and mix well. Taste correction
  • 3. Take the dough to taste and then roll it with a rolling pin until a bit thin and then cut according to taste. You can also use a machine if you have one, use no. 3 & 4. When rolling the dough, sprinkle the base with a thin layer of flour
  • 4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, remove and leave to room temperature. Store in an airtight jar to keep it crispy
