Grilled Meatball Satay
Ingredients
- 15 meatballs, boiled briefly
- 1/2 tbsp margarine
- 2 garlic, puree
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp coriander, puree
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- Salt, pepper, sugar to taste
Method
- • Boil the meatballs briefly, remove and drain.
- • Mix in a bowl: garlic, finely chopped coriander, sweet soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and sugar, mix well, then add margarine. Then add the meatballs, leave for 15 minutes.
- • Skewer with a skewer, then burn, while smeared with the rest of the seasoning. Lift and serve.
