Grilled Meatball Satay

Ingredients

  • 15 meatballs, boiled briefly
  • 1/2 tbsp margarine
  • 2 garlic, puree
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp coriander, puree
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Salt, pepper, sugar to taste

Method

  • • Boil the meatballs briefly, remove and drain.
  • • Mix in a bowl: garlic, finely chopped coriander, sweet soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and sugar, mix well, then add margarine. Then add the meatballs, leave for 15 minutes.
  • • Skewer with a skewer, then burn, while smeared with the rest of the seasoning. Lift and serve.
