Chigiri Donuts Japanese Style
Ingredients
- 500 gr high protein Wheat Flour
- 11 g instant yeast
- 155 gr sweet condensed cap delicious @cap_enaak
- 240 ml ice water
- 40 gr butter
- 6 g salt
The method
- 1. Mix the flour and instant yeast, mix well. Add Sweet Condensed Cap delicious and ice water, knead until lumpy. Add butter and salt, knead until smooth and elastic.
- 2. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes. Then cut into weigh @ 30 grams. round up.
- 3. Close. Leave it for 30 minutes.
- 4. Make a hole in the middle, fry in hot oil over low heat. Remove to cool.
- 5. Give toppings according to taste.
