Material A

  • 100gr granulated sugar (sy, granulated sugar)

Material B (Sifter)

  • 125gr low protein flour
  • 25gr cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder

Material C

  • 50ml Cooking Oil

How to Make Chocolate Blossom Steamed Sponge

  • Heat the steamer until it's steaming a lot over medium heat tends to be high
  • Stir ingredients A until well blended and sugar dissolves
  • Add ingredients B and mix well
  • Add ingredient C mix well
  • Put the dough into the steamed sponge cup until it's full
  • Steam the sponge for about 10 minutes
  • Don't forget to cover the steamer in a cloth, unless you use klakat, you don't need to wrap it
  • Make sure when you put the cup into the steamer, there is a lot of steam
