Chocolate Blossom Steamed Sponge
Material A
- 100gr granulated sugar (sy, granulated sugar)
- 1 egg
- 100ml water
- 1/4 tsp liquid vanilla
Material B (Sifter)
- 125gr low protein flour
- 25gr cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
Material C
- 50ml Cooking Oil
How to Make Chocolate Blossom Steamed Sponge
- Heat the steamer until it's steaming a lot over medium heat tends to be high
- Stir ingredients A until well blended and sugar dissolves
- Add ingredients B and mix well
- Add ingredient C mix well
- Put the dough into the steamed sponge cup until it's full
- Steam the sponge for about 10 minutes
- Don't forget to cover the steamer in a cloth, unless you use klakat, you don't need to wrap it
- Make sure when you put the cup into the steamer, there is a lot of steam
