Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 1 tbsp SP
  • 150 gr low protein flour
  • 27 g milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp BPDA
  • 1 sachet skm
  • 1 small pack of instant coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
  • pinch of salt
  • 150 ml cooking oil
  • green dye

How to make

  • 1. Mix flour, milk powder, and baking powder, set aside.
  • 2. Heat the steamer over medium heat, cover the pot with a cloth/napkin.
  • 3. Mix the eggs, sugar, until the sugar is dissolved, enter the sp mixer until it stretches, add the flour mixture gradually alternating with the skm, coconut milk and salt with a mixer speed of 1 until just blended. Finally, add the oil and mix with a spatula.
  • 4. Divide the dough into 3, each with a different amount of green coloring.
  • 5. Prepare a 20 x 10 cm tin, line it with parchment paper and spread margarine.
  • 6. Pour the dark green dough, steam for 5 minutes, pour the lighter green mixture, steam for 5 minutes, finally pour the lightest green dough. Finally steam for 20 minutes.
  • 7. Lift and remove from the pan.
  • 8. Ready to serve.
