Strawberry Cheese Dessert

1 Layer Material

• – 1 pack of small size regal
• – 1.5 tbsp melted margarine

2 Layer Material

• – 9 strawberries
• – 1 tbsp yogurt (I use plain biokul yogurt)
• – 65gr whip cream powder (haan)
• – 120ml cold water
• – 75gr sweet thick (I 60gr)
• – 100gr cheese spread (spreedy prochiz)

Toppings

• – regal crumbs
• – Chocolate Silverqueen Strawberry
• - Strawberry

How to Make Layer 1

• – Puree Regal Biscuits, Mix with Melted Margarine, Mix well, Set aside

How to Make Layer 2

• - chopper strawberry then add sweetened thick spread cheese, chopper again until well blended, set aside
• - beat with a mixer whipcream powder with cold water, after creamy add yogurt, mixer again until smooth
• - Enter the strawberry cheese mixture that has been chopped earlier into the whipcream mixture
• - mixer until well blended
• – put it in a piping bag

How to Make Strawberry Cheese Dessert

• - pour layer 1 into cup
• - then spray 2 layers of strawberry cheese
• - pour again regal
• - spray again strawberry cheese
• - do it until it's finished
• - add toppings
• – chill min. 2 hours can be in the freezer / chiller
• - ready to be served
