Chocolate Sauce Steamed Donuts
Donut Ingredients
- 250 gr trigu pro medium.
- 150 ml of liquid milk.
- 35 grams of powdered sugar.
- 3 g instant yeast.
- tsp BP .
- 35 gr margarine
Chocolate Sauce
- 350 ml of liquid milk.
- 10 gr cornstarch.
- 5 tbsp sugar.
- 20 g cocoa powder.
- 50 gr DCC . Cut².
- *** Mix all sauce ingredients (except DCC). Stir until blended evenly, then strain. Then cook until it boils. Turn off the stove. Enter the DCC piece. Stir until DCC dissolves. Set aside and ready to use.
How to Make Chocolate Sauce Steamed Donuts
- 1. Prepare a 750 ml size box. Spread margarine thinly and set aside.
- 2. Mix donut ingredients (except margarine). Then the mixer / knead in until half smooth. Add margarine. Then the mixer is back until it's quite elastic. Turn off the mixer.
- 3. Round the dough. Then divide into 18 parts (if weighed about 26-27 grams per seed). Then round the dough until it is neat. Then arrange it in a box container with some distance. Each container contains 6 pieces of dough.
- 4. Do it until all finished. Then cover the dough with a clean cloth, until it rises about 30-45 minutes.
- 5. Preheat the steamer over medium heat. Stew boiling. Steam the dough for about 12-15 minutes until cooked.
- 6. Lift the steamed donuts. After starting to warm, pour the chocolate sauce over the steamed donuts, and give the garnish according to taste. ENJOY…🤗
