Cookie Ingredients

  • 600 grams of low protein flour
  • 400 grams of margarine
  • 125 grams of powdered sugar
  • 25 cornstarch
  • 25 white milk powder
  • 2 egg yolks

How to make

  • - mixer powdered sugar and margarine for 2 minutes then add the egg yolks mixer briefly until well blended.
  • - Enter the flour, cornstarch, and milk powder, then stir until blended.
  • - Roll out the dough and cut into pieces or print according to taste. Do it until the dough runs out. Bake for 40 minutes at 160'c or until cooked. Remove and set aside.

Golden Ball Material

  • 250 grams of chocolate
  • 100 grams thick sweet chocolate
  • 2 tbsp gold dusting (food-only gold powder)
  • 40 pieces of paper cups

How to make

  • – Crush all cookies until smooth then mix with sweetened condensed chocolate until smooth. Knead the dough until it forms into balls.
  • - Store in a closed container and let stand for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • - Melt the chocolate, then put the balls in it. Remove and place in a paper cup. After the dough has slightly hardened, sprinkle gold dusting on it.
