Chocolate Meow Tongue Kuker
Ingredients
- 285 Butter + Margarine
- 145 Powdered sugar
- 3 medium size egg whites (about 110 gr if weighed)
- 20 Cocoa powder
- 20 Maizen
- 200 Low protein flour
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- Chocolate pasta sckpnya
Step
- 1. Grease a baking sheet with margarine
- 2. Butter Mixer, with powdered sugar until fluffy and creamy
- 3. Pour in the egg whites, a little at a time, mix again until thoroughly mixed, and fluffy (approximately 5 minutes)
- 4. Enter, cornstarch, flour, cocoa powder while sifting, then mixer or mix until smooth, then add vanilla, and mix chocolate paste again
- 5. Prepare a plastic triangle, then add the dough
- 6. Spray onto the baking sheet
- 7. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 135-140 dc
- 8. Bake for 20 minutes fire up and down, or depending on each oven
