Ingredients

  • 285 Butter + Margarine
  • 145 Powdered sugar
  • 3 medium size egg whites (about 110 gr if weighed)
  • 20 Cocoa powder
  • 20 Maizen
  • 200 Low protein flour
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • Chocolate pasta sckpnya

Step

  • 1. Grease a baking sheet with margarine
  • 2. Butter Mixer, with powdered sugar until fluffy and creamy
  • 3. Pour in the egg whites, a little at a time, mix again until thoroughly mixed, and fluffy (approximately 5 minutes)
  • 4. Enter, cornstarch, flour, cocoa powder while sifting, then mixer or mix until smooth, then add vanilla, and mix chocolate paste again
  • 5. Prepare a plastic triangle, then add the dough
  • 6. Spray onto the baking sheet
  • 7. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 135-140 dc
