Cake Ingredients
- 50 gr butter / margarine
- 40 gr DCC (Dark Cooking Chocolate)
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 60 gr sugar
- 1/2 tsp SP
- 1/2 tsp Chocolate paste
- 50 gr triangular flour
- 10 gr Chocolate Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
Whip Cream Ingredients
- 80 gr whip cream powder
- 160 ml cold water
- 1 tbsp Munjung Biscoff Spread
- Method: Mixer whip cream powder and cold water until it becomes cream, add Biscoff spread, mix until smooth.
Ganache Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Munjung Biscoff Spread (melt)
Topping
- 4 Biscoff biscuits (crushed)
- 2 whole Biscoff biscuits
How to make
- 1. Melt Butter, DCC, and salt. Stir well, set aside.
- 2. Mix eggs, sugar, and SP until fluffy. Add chocolate paste, mix well.
- 3. Enter the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder while sifting. Mixer using low speed.
- 4. Enter the melted butter and DCC mixture into the mixture, mix it with a spatula.
- 5. Pour the batter into a 22x10cm tin that has been buttered and lined with parchment paper.
- 6. Oven at 160°C for 35 minutes or until cooked (adjust your oven).
- 7. Once cooked, remove and let the cake cool. Cut the cake into 4 pieces 10x10cm the same size
Solution
- 1. Put the cake pieces into the box
- 2. Sprinkle with whip cream, trim
