Red Velvet Muso Cake

- 250 gr Glutinous Flour Deli Ball
- 125 gr Rice Flour Deli BALL
- 25 gr Deli BALL Refined Sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 175 warm water/ to taste
- red velvet dye
Stuffing Ingredients
- 100 gr Rice Flour Deli Ball
- 200 gr Deli BALL Refined Sugar
- 1 egg
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
How to make
- 1. Mix the Deli BALL of Glutinous Flour, Deli BALL of Rice Flour, Deli BALL of Refined Sugar, salt and vanilla, mix well.
- 2. Pour the warm water little by little while stirring into a smooth dough. Add red velvet coloring, stir until well blended.
- 3. Grease the cupcake molds with oil. Take the dough, press the sides, trim the top of the dough with a knife. The result is like a bowl. Set aside.
- 4. Filling: Mix BALL Deli Rice Flour, BALL Deli Refined Sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla paste, mix well. Pour coconut milk, stir until smooth and no lumps, strain.
- 5. Pour the filling into the dough bowl until it is full. Steam for 30 minutes.
- 6. Occasionally open the lid of the steamer so the cake doesn't bubble. Lift and serve. The recipe above makes 16 pcs.
